How do I make a calendar?
It's easy, just pick 12 photos from your computer and click 'next'. Choose your month and then drag and drop your photos into each month. Click next when you are finished and fill out the quantity and payment details.
How do I know my photos are an OK quality?
The system checks the resolution of each photo. If its resolution is too low a warning will be displayed. If you have any doubts about any of your shots, it is best not to use them.
Do I have to complete my calendar in one sitting? Can I save my calendar and come back to it later?
You will need to complete your calendar along with the ordering process in one sitting.
What size are the calendars?
They are A3 in size - 420mm high and 297mm wide.
What type of paper do you use?
Our calendars albums are digitally printed on 320 GSM matt paper (which is great for writing on). It's a heavy card weight stock; it has a lot of weight and a great and strikes a balance between reproducing colour and being a good writing surface.
How are they printed?
Your calendars are printed on the very latest HP Indigo digital printing press, the global standard in high quality, high performance digital printing. The same presses are used for printing high quality coffee table books.
How are they bound?
Your calendar is bound with wire and includes a wire hangar for easy hanging on the wall.
How long will it take?
Our service level is to dispatch within 7 business days from upload to completion, however it is usually completed quicker than this. We always recommend customers allow the full service level to ensure they receive their product in time though, as occasionally we reject items for quality and must re-produce them.

How is my calendar delivered?
Your calendar is delivered via Australian Air Express Courier service. If you're within an Australia Post next day delivery zone you should expect to receive your album the next working day or two after it's dispatched (please note this is not an Australian Air Express guarantee).
Can I track and trace the delivery of my order?
Yes you can. You can locate the consignment note for the delivery of your order in the 'Track My Order' page. It takes a while for the consignment note to be populated in our database, so please check the 'Track My Order' page on the day following the dispatch of your calendar.
What measures do you use to keep my credit card details secure?
Our payments are processed via NAB Transact system which uses all the latest encryption and security measures. We do not have access to, or store your credit card details. The payment process is between you and NAB Transact. NAB simply informs us wthat a payment has been completed.
